QR page status
Every page reached by a QR code printed in the book, with its live status. These addresses become permanent once the book goes to press. Check any of them yourself, at any time, by clicking through below.

For the record
The short addresses are deliberate, and permanent
Partway through the build the toolkits moved into the site's content system, because fifteen separately built pages would not have held up. They now live under /tools, so /matrix is served from /tools/matrix.
The short addresses were kept and point at them. Every code already generated from a short address works and will keep working. Nothing needs deciding here. It is recorded so that it is written down: those short paths are load bearing and must never be removed or renamed.
For the record
Three link details changed during the build
Rewrite the Internal Script moved from /rewrite to /script. Returnship Charter previously pointed at the same page as Mentor, Coach, Sponsor Charter. Manager Feedback Toolkit was added later than the rest.
All three are correct on the site now, and /rewrite redirects to the right page, so a code made from the older address still works.
Needs a decision
The destinations still need checking against the proof
There are fifteen toolkit pages and all fifteen are live. The set of twelve destinations in your last email is missing Mentor-Mentee Startup Kit, Calendar Audit Template and KPI Dashboard, all three of which appear on the list you sent on 6 August.
Please send me the print ready file, or just the pages with the QR codes. I will check every code and confirm exactly where each one lands. If the file is difficult to send, scanning three codes with your phone and telling me where they go would work too. If anything was mistyped, or if there was any confusion in our communication, we can create additional redirects so that everything works at launch.

Older addresses
Addresses that appeared in earlier link lists and have since changed. Redirects are in place, so any code generated from them still works.

The site returns a helpful page rather than an error for any toolkit address that no longer exists, so a code generated from an older list still leads somewhere useful.
Status is checked by requesting each address and confirming it returns a working page with the correct title. Last full check 30 August 2026.
